Planning Today for Tomorrow’s Farm

Transferring a farm from one generation to the next can be complex — emotionally, financially, and practically. Farm Forward provides a dedicated confidential wraparound support service to help farm families navigate this important transition with confidence.

Through tailored guidance and expert support, this strand focuses on:

  • Succession and inheritance planning
  • Farm ownership and governance structuring
  • Collaborative decision-making within farm families
  • Building skills and capacity for the next generation of farmers

Our approach recognises that every farm and family is unique. By supporting open conversations, informed planning, and structured pathways, we help ensure farms remain viable, productive, and sustainable for generations to come.
