Ballyhoura Development works across the Ballyhoura region of South and East Limerick and North Cork. The Ballyhoura region takes its name from the Ballyhoura mountains, and is comprised of 54 communities, which are predominantly rural. The area includes the market towns of Charleville and Mitchelstown, smaller towns of Castleconnell, Annacotty, Croom and Kilmallock, and a further 41 smaller towns and villages.
