This project has been funded by the European Union.

From 3–5 December 2025, MYCo project partners met in Porto, Portugal for the third Transnational Project Meeting, kindly hosted by E&D Knowledge Consulting. This meeting marked an important milestone in the project, with a strong focus on testing and refining the MYCo training tools designed for use within organisations.

Over three intensive days, partners took part in practical workshops where the MYCo training activities were tested in real-life scenarios. These sessions explored:

  • How organisations can better explain and address generational differences in the workplace

  • Common stereotypes, communication barriers, and challenges within multigenerational teams

  • Practical approaches to fostering collaboration, mutual respect, and inclusive workplace cultures

The workshops generated valuable feedback, allowing partners to reflect on facilitation methods, strengthen the training content, and ensure the tools are flexible and adaptable across different organisational and national contexts.

What’s Next for MYCo?

Following this meeting, project partners will begin implementing MYCo workshops in their respective countries, working directly with organisations to support staff and management teams in navigating generational diversity and strengthening cooperation across age groups.

Alongside the project work, partners also had the opportunity to experience Porto’s rich cultural heritage, enjoying local food, walks, and informal networking. These moments of intercultural exchange reflected the core values of the MYCo project: openness, learning, and connection.

Are you an employer interested in hosting inclusion training workshops for your staff? Stay tuned for more updates, as we’ll be sharing further information on how you can get involved and benefit from these resources.
