Towards Occupation Programme The Towards Occupation (TO) Programme supports adults who want to take positive steps towards building confidence, improving wellbeing, learning new skills, and connecting with their community in a supportive and welcoming environment. The programme is designed for adults who may be experiencing emotional or mental health challenges and would benefit from structured group support, personal development opportunities, and practical skill-building sessions. About the Programme Towards Occupation is a supportive group programme that encourages participants to rediscover their strengths, develop confidence, and explore new opportunities at their own pace. Participants will take part in a range of wellness, creativity, and practical skills sessions in a relaxed and friendly environment, while also having the opportunity to help shape topics and activities throughout the year. Programme Schedule When: Two mornings per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) Time: 10:00am – 12:30pm Programme Dates: September 2026 to May 2027 (following the school year) Location: Coote Hall in Kilmallock, Co. Limerick What the Programme Offers The programme is divided into two core areas: Wellness & Creativity - sessions focused on wellbeing, confidence-building, and creativity, including: Mindfulness and stress management Creative arts and pottery Personal development workshops Group activities and shared interests Nature-based and wellbeing sessions Skills & Progression - sessions designed to support participants with practical life and employment-related skills, including: Basic computer skills CV and interview preparation One-to-one individual support Progression planning and personal goal setting Optional supported work placement opportunities through the Workability Programme Interested?
