Mindfulness & Chair Yoga – Shanballymore Join us for an eight-week Mindfulness & Chair Yoga programme in Shanballymore, designed to help you reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate self-compassion. Through gentle mindful movements, meditation techniques, and practical mindfulness exercises, this course will support you in integrating calm and balance into your daily life. No previous experience is needed – all levels are welcome. Each session concludes with a cuppa and a chat, giving you a chance to relax and connect with others.
