Major Legacy Proposal for Churchtown | Expressions of Interest

The Murphy family of Leap, Churchtown are proposing that their original family home, dating from the 1840s, along with almost all of the farmyard and 55 acres of adjoining land, will transfer into a not-for-profit community company.

Expression of Interest

The Expression of Interest phase will remain open until Monday, 31st August 2026. After this date, each proposal will be reviewed and considered.

Please note that the home and farm in Churchtown remains private property, and visits cannot be arranged until after the Expression of Interest phase is complete.
